This “memory movie” making should be an iterative process. You create vivid scenes in your mind that correspond to each of our mnemonics. But it can still be hard to recall all of our scenes correctly. And don’t forget, we theoretically should have 12 scenes memorized in order by the end of today. But that’s not always easy to do.
So, I recommend that you continue to force recall, every hour, on the hour. Try to make it a little further into your movie each time. If you make it to scene 4 the first time, great! Try to make it to scene 5 the next time. For each scene, really use all of your senses. Imagine the setting and the action vividly. What are the smells? The feelings? The colors? The sounds? This should help you recall later.
Try to get to 12 scenes today!
